Drafting your WordPress Blog Posts in Word

The internet is great, but not perfect. If your browser crashes or your internet drops, you don't want to lose your hard work. We recommend drafting your articles in Microsoft Word, and then pasting them in your site.


Drafting in Word is Simple


  • First, open Word and start a new, blank document.
  • Second, write
  • Do not worry about fonts, font sizes, or anything like that. WordPress takes care of that, and the fonts you select will no carry over
  • Do use headings in Word, these will paste into WordPress as headings
